End User License Agreement
ClickToPlay (the “Software”) is proprietary software published by Bo Kelleher (“Licensor”). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to this EULA.

License grant
Subject to payment of the applicable fee (if any) and this EULA, Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, for your own use (personal or internal business).

Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or branding except as needed to identify the Software.

Restrictions
You may not: (a) redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the Software except as Licensor expressly authorizes; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; (c) remove proprietary notices; or (d) use the Software to violate law or third-party rights.

Third-party software
The Software launches VLC, which you must obtain separately from VideoLAN or another lawful source. The Software is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Haivision or VideoLAN. VLC is a trademark of the VideoLAN non-profit. SRT is a protocol created, open-sourced, and maintained by Haivision, and a trademark of Haivision. Your use of VLC is governed by VLC’s own licenses and terms. The Software does not embed libVLC.

Platforms
macOS builds may also be distributed via the Mac App Store under Apple’s terms in addition to this EULA. Windows and Linux builds are typically distributed as paid direct-download installers after checkout. Features may differ slightly by platform.

Updates
Licensor may provide updates but is not obligated to do so. Updates may be subject to this EULA or a superseding agreement.

Disclaimer of warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Streaming reliability depends on your network, SRT endpoints, and VLC.

Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM THE SOFTWARE OR THIS EULA. LICENSOR’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using the Software and uninstall copies in your possession. Sections that by nature should survive will survive.

Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law in your place of residence provides otherwise.
